Every two years, the Partnership for the Delaware Estuary (PDE) invites scientists, managers, educators and the public to attend a conference aimed at developing practical solutions to the challenges facing the tidal Delaware River and Bay. This four-day event features dozens of experts and more than 100 presentations focused on topics such as clean water, healthy habitats, shellfish, tidal wetlands and more. Since its launch in 2005, the summit has served as a catalyst for collaboration, bringing together experts from disparate sectors who share a common cause and a passion for environmental preservation.

The 2017 Delaware Estuary Science and Environmental Summit was held January 22-25 at The Grand Hotel in Cape May, New Jersey. The theme was “Reflecting on Progress, Charting the Future.” See below for summit proceedings and links to presentations.

This years summit is over, but we plan to hold the conference again in 2019!

The PDE has archived hundreds of posters and presentations for your convenience, authors willing.
