The Resilient and Sustainable Communities League (RASCL) will have its annual summit on Thursday, March 11 at the Bayhealth Conference Center in Dover, Delaware.

Comprised of nearly 30 member organizations, RASCL has provided technical expertise and support to communities throughout Delaware so they may increase their capacity to adapt, mitigate, and respond to environmental changes. As part of this, for the past 10 years, the group has held annual summits to tackle larger topics, such as disaster preparedness, green energy, transportation, and more.
