Angela Padeletti joined the Partnership for the Delaware Estuary in early 2008 as the program’s science specialist. She is currently working on several aquatic projects. These include the:
- Delaware Estuary Benthic Inventory
- Delaware Estuary Living Shoreline Initiative
- Freshwater Mussel Recovery Project
- Mid-Atlantic Coastal Wetlands Monitoring and Assessment Project
Most recently, Padeletti was employed by the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control as a naturalist at Cape Henlopen State Park. Prior to that she was a faculty research assistant at the University of Maryland where she studied both zooplankton and oysters.
Padeletti holds a bachelor of science degree with a concentration in ecology from Lehigh University. She is originally from Rochester, New York, but now lives in Wilmington, Delaware, with her husband.
