The Partnership for the Delaware Estuary (PDE) works with stakeholders from the scientific and management community across our region to develop measurable goals for achieving and tracking improvements to the health of the Delaware Estuary. In 2013, a set of goals was created by a group of partners working together as the Delaware Estuary Program, which includes the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, the United Stated Environmental Protection Agency (Regions 2 and 3) the Delaware River Basin Commission, the Philadelphia Water Department, and the Partnership for the Delaware Estuary. Today, those goals are being used as the framework for revising the Comprehensive Conservation and Management Plan (CCMP) for the Delaware Estuary.
