Fairmount Water Works Interpretive Center: "Explore Water in Our World"

Students and adults alike are invited to explore the Fairmount Water Works Interpretive Center, which is owned and operated by the Philadelphia Water Department. Located on the Schuylkill River in downtown Philadelphia, this new museum and labratory is an ideal place for an educational field trip. Aside from the many exhibits currently on display, the Interpretive Center also has several educational programs from which to choose, and all of them meet state environmental education standards. Please visit their website for more information, or call (215) 685-0723.
