Thank you for your interest in Pennsylvania Coast Day, a free festival hosted by the Partnership for the Delaware Estuary at Penn's Landing in Philadelphia. We are currently working hard to plan next September's event, which we anticipate will be even better than 2013. This year, for example:
789 people completed the Wonders of Water Challenge for a prize -– more than double our total in 2012
Over 500 adventurers paddled Penn's Landing in a kayak or swan boat. That’s over 200 more than last year!
Almost 450 visitors toured the Independence Seaport Museum, a 40% increase over last year
400 passengers enjoyed a narrated tour of the Delaware River aboard a RiverLink Ferry boat
225 Philadelphians explored the Fairmount Water Works Interpretive Center thanks to our free shuttle bus. That’s 15 more than 2012!
From the Delaware to the Schuylkill Waterfronts!
