The Partnership for the Delaware
Estuary is a regional, non-profit organization based
in Wilmington, Delaware. Our mission is to lead collaborative
and creative efforts to protect and enhance the Delaware
Estuary, and its tributaries, for current and future generations.
The Partnership for the Delaware Estuary was formed in
1996. The organization is one of 28 nationally recognized
estuary programs established under the federal Water Quality
Act of 1987.
Our success is based on the collective talents and contributions
of all of our partners, including you! You are invited
to become active in all aspects of the Partnership, perhaps
as a volunteer, an advisor, a financial contributor or
a committee member. After all, the future of the Delaware
Estuary is in all of our hands, and it is up to each of
us to protect our region’s most precious resource.
