Register Projects by December 15th for PDE Alliance Consideration!

 

 

 

The PDE Project Registry, part of the overall Delaware Estuary Regional Restoration Initiative, identifies regional restoration needs and matches them with high impact projects and regional priorities. The Regional Restoration Project Registry will serve as a clearinghouse for restoration projects across the watershed.

The registry was launched on 12/1/2009 and currently contains more than 100 projects, including stream restoration, wetlands enhancement and creation, dam removal, oyster revitalization, and more.  

The goal at PDE is for the registry to capture the full diversity of environmental improvement projects, research/monitoring studies that support strategic restoration, and outreach projects that strengthen understanding about regional restoration needs and practices.  When fully realized, the registry should serve both as a clearinghouse for potential funders and a representation of the total restoration need within the Delaware Estuary and River Basin.
